What happens next

Meet on site. We visit the property, listen to your goals, review any plans and look at the existing conditions that will shape the work.
Scope, price and contract. You receive a detailed written proposal. Once the scope, schedule and price are agreed, we sign a written contract before work begins.
Build and hand over. A dedicated lead runs your project with regular updates and inspections, through to a final walkthrough together.
