This policy explains what information Ludi Construction, Inc. (“Ludi”, “we”, “us”) collects through www.ludiconstruction.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Ludi Construction, Inc. is a California licensed contractor (CSLB #1092742) located at 12405 Venice Blvd, Suite 190, Los Angeles, CA 90066.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a project inquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), city or neighborhood, county, type of project, ideal timing, estimated budget range and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our inquiry form uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored with your inquiry. The form may also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated spam, under Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, the device used, and whether someone taps to call, email or sends an inquiry. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to recognize repeat visits; you can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party advertising tools. The only other cookies are strictly necessary ones set when authorized Ludi staff sign in to manage the website's content.
Embedded map. Our contact page shows our office on an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, Google receives standard request data such as your IP address and browser type, under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive any information from Google about you.
How we use information
- To review and respond to your inquiry, and to discuss and scope a potential project.
- To communicate with you about that project.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and keep business records.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under obligations to protect it and use it only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website, stores its content and keeps a copy of each inquiry so none is lost, and provides spam protection and cookie-free visit counts.
- Resend, which delivers inquiry form submissions to our office email.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics.
- Our email and business software providers, which store our correspondence.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months if no project follows, then delete it. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as needed for the contract, warranties, and legal and tax requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, by emailing office@ludiconstruction.com or calling (323) 561-6953. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across third-party websites, and we do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activity across websites through our site. Because of this, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how this site works. If we ever introduce tools that do, we will honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.
Links to other sites
Our site links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google (including our Google Business Profile) and the Contractors State License Board. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to inquiry information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send financial account details or other sensitive personal information through the form.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. For material changes we will add a notice on the website.
